The rolling out movement of the ab wheel roller primarily works your lats and deltoids, whereas the second half of the movement, the rolling in portion, really targets your core, specifically your abdominal muscle.

  • Push-up Bars: (1) The sloping push-up bar can easily be dismantled and reassembled within moments, making it conveniently portable. (2) The titled angel of the bars moves your center of gravity towards your feet, essentially shifting the effort required to do a pushup in that direction, so there's less strain on the upper body. Move down the bars and you increase the upper body effort required to do a push-up.
